One of the options of the 9:00am boat tour is to stop off at McNutt's Island for your own special adventure, which should definitely include a walk across the island to the Cape Roseway Lighthouse. Just a 10-minute walk from the wharf you will come to Hagar’s Cove.

Packed lunch... You can pick up a delicious pack lunch from the Beandock prior to your 9:00am departure. (see the menu below).

You will leave from our dock at at 9:00am, then be dropped off at the Government Wharf on McNutt’s Island at 10:15 am and the tour boat will be back at 4:00 pm to pick you up so you will have 5 ½ hours to explore McNutt’s Island. You will enjoy it! Guaranteed!

McNutt's Island Express... $5 each way to lighthouse(3km). Lyndon Crowell is the son of assistant lighthouse keeper Barry Crowell (from 1962-1977) and lived on the island in his youth. He has great stories. If you'd like to book a ride, call Lyndon at 637-8189. A wonderful adventure!

Lunch Menu - $12.00 (plus tax)

The Beandock will brown bag a lunch for you providing you call to order after 2 pm the day previous at 875-1302. The packed lunch will consist of a sandwich, green salad, dessert and a drink for $12.00 plus tax. Your lunch will be ready for pick up at 8:30 am. THE BEANDOCK - 902-875-1302
